Had Rob com out to do an upgrade to my well system by adding in a cistern with float controls and he tidied it all up now and my well may very well outlast this old man. Now onto propane upgrade.

Alex has come through for me so many times with whatever water treatment information or equipment was needed at the time. Needed my WETT certification for insurance purposes and Kardash helped me out in short order which was a big relief. Always have great conversation with staff everytime I visit their store.

Kardash helped me by sending Robbie to look after some issues I had going on at my house. Robbie fixed my , my iron filter and installed a new outdoor faucet. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently he worked. Good job Rob!

Furnace died with a bang on a Friday at about 17:30. Called Kardash and their guy was there almost immediately. Bad news was broke to us that a part would have to be ordered and that it couldn't be ordered until Monday. No idea how they did it, but the heat was running again by 14:00 on Tuesday. Oh, and they had us fixed up with supplemental heat for the weekend.
Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and got it done! I will call again them without a second thought, should the need arise.

double down review...
needed a straight through the roof chimney install. aside from the installer being a great person, it was done with materials supplied at ½ the cost of the competition (done for $1600, estimated by comp $4000-$5000)
then into recent plumbing catastrophe.... could have soaked me but instead, have me good sound advice and guidance. good to know is not always just about the money. thanks Pete, much appreciated
