Strata was charged $$ for an emergency call out that did not address the issue, which is now being charged back to us. Tech spent no longer than 20mins in our unit just to advise to monitor. Tech is also lacking proper tool like moisture detector to check wood moisture nor a flashlight, which tech resulted borrowing mine. Read report findings and tech stated that no active moisture found but diagnosis was incorrect and issue was still active for another week until another plumbing company came in and found the issue and addressed it. Not happy.

Our hydronic floor heating system stopped working. They sent someone on the same day, and the technician was great! Knowledgeable and efficient; he was taciturn but answered my questions clearly. Highly recommend if you ever had to experience a heater breakdown.

Just had my high efficiency heating boiler serviced by Westrim. Richard, the techician, did an excellent job. The parts were taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. Helped me troubleshooting the logout issues that I had since installed. I asked Richard a lot of questions and he provided me the answers in detail. Their rates are very reasonable and they would not recommend to do any work that is not necessary. It is very hard to find both a professional and honest plumber like Westrim these days. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

This is my second or third experience with Westrim and this company does not disappoint! Jared came by and fixed a minor leak most expeditiously - and even had enough time left to re-spray the galvanized piping. Double checked all appliances and reconfirmed all items before leaving the premises, with a very reasonable rate to boot. Will definitely get another call from me when it's time for annual boiler maintenance. You are in good hand with Westrim!

I was recommended to give this company a call. I was very fortunate enough to get a free service quote from word of mouth. My furnace was broken, the inducer needed to be replaced though every other company I called told me to replace the whole furnace for thousands of dollars which I did not want to spend.
An experienced technician came through and did his diagnostic performance which was very honest. Told me what I needed done and how he was going about this situation.
A few days later got the quote via email which very fairly priced, I accepted the offer and another technician came today and replaced the part. I am very satisfied with the work and the communication this company has brought to me, very straight forward, honest with their opinion. I appreciate everything. I will be a repeat business.
