I had what I thought was a cracked pipe at my business after it froze, and was worried about the damage as it was leaking so badly. Although they were booked up initially, they rearranged things to squeeze us in, and were here within 1/2 hour, and out again in less than an hour with the problem solved. Fabulous service!

I called to get a line hooked up and I got told to find a different company in the phone book because they can't give out other company's number or help me out till mid November at the earliest.

I have called 3 times over the past year with various issues on both plumbing and heating. Each time I got told that there would be no one available any time soon and was recommended to call another company.

EXTREMELY satisfied. David came out to the house and didn't think we needed a new fireplace...just some minor repair. Sent another guy out and it was a simple fix! Could have sold us a $3500 new unit but was very honest and spent and hour fixing and cleaning the one we have. Very happy!
Phoned 3-4 times trying to find a suitable replacement for our gas fireplace. Left messages each time with the ladies and not once did I get a call back. This makes it HARD to "shop local".
