Great work done by the guys at E.G. Stairs yesterday. Fujitsu 3 head unit installed just before another 100 degree scorcher today. Nice and cool inside now!

I used their services to diagnose a complex HVAC issues that another HVAC company in the region failed to fix and quite literally gave up after 3 visits.
The technician (Alex I believe) was very polite, took the time to listen to the whole story**, and was able to fix the issue. I can't say that it was an easy or quick fix as it took time to diagnose, but it was what I would consider a unique complex and intermittent issue on a brand they do not sell.
I am very pleased with his expertise and I am more than happy to vouch for their expertise with residential HVAC systems.
(I can't speak just yet about value or price since I have yet to receive a final invoice)
** By the time E G Stairs were involved, I had blown 3 Nest thermostat and had serious overheating issues with an Ecobee, spend about 15 hours with tech support from both Nest and Ecobee, and had another HVAC company attending 3 times with no success. It was a messy situation to step into.

Have had my 2 ductless splits cleaned and new air exchanger purchased and installed through EG Stairs in the last 12 months. Stairs is always quick to do the job, best price in town, quality friendly service and pleasant to deal with. They really cleaned the ductless wall units and the difference in air flow is crazy! I recommend an annual or bi-annual scrubbing by them.

We recently needed the services of a plumbing company and being new homeowners I wasn't sure on who to call. I have heard the Stairs name many times in the past and figured I would give them a try. And I am so pleased that I did use them for our plumbing problems. They were very professional in their work, cleaned up any mess that was from cleaning out pipes and such. and the price was definately very reasonable since they did have quite a time cleaning things out.
Thanks to Stairs things are flowing very smoothly again.
