Service was awesome, and Brandon was quick enough to clear the drain clog deep inside the kitchen drain. He had to use the snake. Quickly done the job within less than an hour. Brandon was knowledgeable and all equipped.
Regarding pricing, They clarified the hourly service charge and any additional charge for using the snake tool and materials, if any. I am impressed with the service. Thank you for quickly fixing it.

Needed to get a plumber to help unclog a sink drain. I had replaced the p-trap and under sink ABS pipes myself, but the clog was further down than that. The plumber was pleasant and I learned a lot about the trade. However, I have 3 stars for the lack of pricing information relayed by both two phone calls and the plumber. I had asked the plumber when he left how much it was likely to be and he had no idea since “plumbers don’t handle the billing” but that “I was in and out in under an hour and didn’t do anything special so likely just the service call fee ($150 I found out which is reasonable). I also called the office and they said if he was in and out under an hour, it would likely be just the service call. Lo and behold the bill comes and there is a $70-75 charge (super vee charge) for using what ended up being a hand-held auger to clean out the drain on top of the service call charge. But yet my two inquiries to both the plumber and the person in the office did not tell me anything about this. So 5 star service, 1 star transparency. Averages to 3 stars. If you’re using them, be 100% crystal clear on the cost and ask the plumber what exactly he is doing and what equipment it is.
