Our entire experience with Berardi Bros went way beyond what we expected. Our job presented a few challenges to which solutions were presented quickly. Timelines were met and every single person we interacted with was professional and nice. The execution of the work was exactly as promised and there was follow up, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend them.

Last March we had a horrible flood during the ice storm. These guys showed up on pretty much on our worst day and not only helped us deal with the immediate problem but also built a better system for us. They came by last week to test it out before the spring thaw. These guys are outstanding.

Berardi's is always my first choice. I have used them for both residential and commercial projects and they always deliver, with fast, professional service. Michelle at reception is very responsive and helpful. I have always felt comfortable with everyone who has worked in my home, and they are all courteous and respectful.

What an amazing help Berardi Bros was to me in my time of need! Wonderful customer service and I wasn't even a customer yet! I needed parts and advice for our older tub faucet after a minor flood... Kyle helped immensely!! I offered to pay but he wouldn't take any money for it!
Thanks again and I will definitely be back when we are ready for a complete renovation!
