I booked an appointment to get an estimate, then was called to say they couldn't make it due to an emergency job, but that the plumber would call me directly to book another time. Five days later I called and left a voicemail. Five more days later and I have still not heard back. This is not how you should run a business.

I've had a great experience with this company since we moved to Cornwall 6 years ago. We leave everything up to the company to take care of. From calling the city to picking up patrs that are needed to cleanup after they are done the job. Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and they explain everything that needs done. I would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I just had my tub removed for safety reasons and it’s has been transformed into a beautiful, walk-in shower of the finest quality products. Jeremy & Eric were there every morning around 7:30 and sometimes worked til after 5 to install this new spa like walk-in and always willing to go that one step further and even answers questions I had. The finished product after 3 + days is stunning and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thankyou Justin for all your kindness and understanding. I will always refer to your Company’s excellent work ethic and respect. I am pleased to refer this company as A1 In its level of service!
