Horrible service and completely dishonest. Showed up after a 38 hr wait and the technician refused to do the repair, making up a lazy excuse that a pile of clothes was blocking him from igniting my water tank —even though the clothes were on the complete opposite side of where he needed to light the tank. To make matters worse, they lied to my landlord about the situation posing it as a safety concern, and now my landlord is refusing to call another vendor because of their false report. I’ve contacted the city and will be making a complaint to the BBB .very Unprofessional, lazy, rude and completely untrustworthy. Avoid this company.
