I’ve brought in Kastl & Zuch for a few jobs at my condo, and a few jobs for my mother in her house. I’ve been impressed with them at every interaction. They are professional and timely, and their plumbers really know their stuff. After dealing with too many “plumbing” companies, Kastl & Zuch is a real breath of fresh air and it’s nice to have someone I can trust completely with my plumbing problems. Their pricing is very fair — not the cheapest, but not that expensive either (and certainly better to get someone who knows what they are doing rather than a string of people who don’t!).

Tim and his team from Kastl and Zuch were very clean and professional. They took the time explain what they did. They were on time and diligent about doing the task we hired them to do. I recommend them and will hire them again without hesitation. 👍👍

The water heater replacement was handled very well. Ben and Brandon were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Overall, great service from the team — really appreciated their help in such short notice.

Our boiler furnace (Weil McLein) stopped working in this cold and we got a service call very quickly! Chris was polite, informative and had the boiler up and running after replacing three parts, cleaning and servicing it. He even cleaned up the floor of wet boot marks! Very happy with the service! It's always excellent. 👍🌞

Our sewer has backed up twice in two months. The first time, we called a company who found no problem and charged $850. The second time, we called Kastl and Zuch, who quickly cleared the pipes of tree roots for a very reasonable charge, which included a useful video which we will help us find a long-term solution. We appreciate their fast, efficient, and effective service.
