We were not experienced cottage owners when we initially purchased our cottage on Georgian Bay. Our water source comes directly from the bay and so water has to be pumped up a steep slope to the cottage and the existing system was installed by the prior owner of the cottage (which meant that some of the system was very DIY and not terribly reliable) the team at Acton has been an invaluable resource for us, helping us set up the water system and close it down each year, and helping out in emergencies (more than once) when we've run out of water or blown a pump. They fit us in every time we call, and they're pretty much a part of the Blue Water Cottage team at this point. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent client service!!

We recently had Actons remove & replace some Kitec plumbing from our home. The team was terrific. Arrived each day on time as promised. Work areas were kept neat & tidy. Great communication around the progress each day. And - important- invoice matched the estimate! Great group of guys. Very happy with their work and would recommend to anyone who has concerns about their Kitec.
