You wake up to no water and they were there same day! Diagnosed issue, fixed it and recommended next steps. Great service people. Called ahead and gave us timing. Thats some wonderful service

Yesterday was -30 and about half hour before 5 pm (their closing time) we realized that the house was getting cold and our furnace was not running properly. Not only did the wonderful woman on the phone help reassure me that she wouldn't let me freeze over night and that a tech was dispatched out, But after she realized there could have been (and was) an error in communication with our address she called back and straightened out the mix up.This was for sure after they closed at 5 and beyond her job requirements. Within the hour it had dropped in temp incredibly fast and even my poor boxer was shaking from the cold. Im happy to say that because of the Morrow team, and especially this wonderful woman who took the time to care and follow up, we had heat back within a short amount of time and they saved us an incredible amount of headache and worry. Thank you doesn't even cover it. Would definitely recommend in the future

I had Morrows install central air at my home this week. Todd and Jeramie did a great job and were very pleasant and professional. My home has a completely finished basement and they took their time running the wires and piping so as not to ruin any of my drop ceiling. I would definitely recommend Morrow’s. Laurie in the office was also very helpful and kept me well informed.

This past Tuesday, my wife informed me we had NO hot water. After checking the CB and waiting a bit, I checked - NO hot water! A trip to the under cottage area where the hot water tank lives revealed a river of water and a ruptured tank.

Call to Morrows and Lorie had a crew on the way within the hour. After several hours in a cramped space, Jesse and Graeme had the old tank out and the new tank in. And we had hot water. They'd worked magic.

So, we can only sing our praises of Morrows and their very professional crews. Our heartfelt thanks to all.

This morning the strong waves of Georgian Bay knocked our home grown water system out of the water. Morrow’s fit us into their busy schedule with same day service. The workers were knowledgeable and had excellent problem solving skills as well as being very courteous. We couldn’t have been given better service. Our water system is working 100% for the first time since we installed it ourselves a year ago. Thank you!!!
