I am satisfied with the work done by this company. Jason G. Was clear and transparent about what needed to be done. I appreciated how he explained things. The work we needed done required 3 visits. Each time, the staff showed up on time. The company is professional, presents well, prepares the area well, and cleans up well too. They are willing to explain what is being done and why. They do good work and are knowledgable about their trade. Thanks for helping us with our drain and sewer problems!

I can't speak more highly of the team at this location. We're lifetime members and we've been using them for our property for 10+ years now? Everyone at the office is fabulous as well - professional, organized, helpful and considerate.
We had two major water issues at our rental property, a week apart from each other, and Omid prioritized and managed all our issues effectively. He communicated with us on weekends, evenings and even when he wasn't working! He was transparent, knowledgeable, thoughtful, considerate, trustworthy and he took the time to explain everything to us. Patrick and Christian were fabulous as well. Patrick came on his day off to fix the issue.
Because the damage to the house was extensive, the office reorganized schedules to accommodate us.
Their customer service is unparalleled. We felt supported because of Omid and his team. I can't praise them enough.

I am “wow”ed by my experience with Victoria! She is extremely knowledgeable and cares! These are some of the reasons why:
1. She is a clear communicator for even the most complex of problems
2. She took the time to sit on the phone with me while I called insurance - who does that?
3. She also noticed other problems in the house that would have to be addressed that were ticking time bombs.

John and Owen, with nearly 20 years of plumbing experience, quickly identified the root cause of the water issue: roots. Unlike other contractors who charged my landlord and didn’t provide a free estimate, John responded promptly and offered a fair price comparable to the Jiffy app. Unlike others who couldn’t supply their license numbers or provide a free estimate, John was transparent and efficient. Thank you for job well done and solving my basement flooding issue

I am absolutely delighted with the work that Pouya and his crew did fixing our drainage problem. They came quickly, assessed the situation and then proceeded to do an excellent job. They were fast, efficient, thoughtful, respectful of us and our property and were finished in a day and a half. They dug up half of our front lawn and some of our basement. When they were done the yard looked almost the same as when they started. We have a bit of work to do still in the basement, but they left it in a good way, and we know what to do to return it to its original condition. I don't wish drain problems on anyone, of course, but if you do find yourself in that situation, I unreservedly recommend Pouya and his team for the job.

We had a back flow in the floor drain and leak in the main stack around Christmas and New Year’s holiday. Totally frustrated. Luckily Mr. Rooter is a true 24/7 company. Technician showed up within an hour, fixed the back up problem and made recommendations. We live in an old house, and the pipes are due for replacement. Even though it’s expensive, but it’s worth it. The digging crew showed up on New Year’s Day and started working in -17 degree Celsius outdoor. Finished everything in less than 2 days, and clean up was superb. Overall the service was absolutely professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
