Regarding 275 Byng Ave, I had a problem with my balcony drain that I called your North York office at phone number 4166588800. They sent a person to my place on May 5, 2014 and the job was not completed and ask the roofer team to buy the piece, without informing me. The day after which is today May 6, I was informed by roofer with the missing part and low quality work and I called the north York office to send another person to fixed my job. After a few follow up, the person in your North York office talked to me with a very rude language and yelled at me not call their office anymore and refuse to fix the job and hang up the phone. I called back and asking, what type of language is that, he hanged up again. Now I have to hire another team and I already paid $200 and the unfinished job. It is recommended having a customer service training is more necessary for your team than the plumping expertise.

After the power outage our hot water pipe to the dishwasher burst. Service was prompt and repair completed quickly.

I was happy that George Shakh was a skilled plumber who fixed the toilet carefully and quickly with no troubles. He also demonstrated exceptional courtesy and was friendly. I was feeling sick, and he even suggested some home remedies and opened a window for me. It was terrible to be feeling sick with a toilet that didn't work; therefore, it was a huge relief and made my day to have the toilet problem solved so efficiently with friendly, caring service.

I called Mr Rooter (Toronto) on friday morning to do several plumbing jobs around the house. I expected that they would send someone on monday or tuesday. Instead they sent someone in less than one half hour. That someone was David Candon, who was as polite, diligent, expert, and professional as anyone could ask for. The work took the better part of the day, and we received very excellent service in every respect. I am pleased to recommend this business to anyone in need.

Mr. Brian Pellet visited my house on August 25th, 2011 to fix a leak under my sink. He gave me a free quote, told me the entire plumbing under my sink did not need to be redone, and, after I agreed to proceed, Mr. Pellet finished the job effectively. The area under my sink is still dry! Mr. Pellet is an extremely nice person, and I would recommend his work unreservedly! Excellent job!

I recently needed to have my bath tub taps repaired. I had a plumber in about a month before but they started leaking badly again...obviously substandard repair. I called Mr Rooter as they had a done a good job in the past replacing a sewer pipe. That same day dispatch was able to work with my schedule and have a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service technician named George Shakh at my home to provide a quote. The price was fair and he was even able to do the work same day which was great! The repair was done professionally for a fair price and he even explained the work being done. He was very helpful and is a good reflection on the company he works for. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again for plumbing work. My first experience with the sewer pipe was equally good. The waste pipe from my house was blocked. Needless to say, this was an emergency. My usual plumber was available to snake the pipe but would not have the camera until the following morning in order to investigate as to what was causing the obstruction. I then called Mr. Rooter for the first time. Their technician, Frano Sain, arrived a few hours later with a roto-router and camera equipment. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was the trap. The next day, a new trap and clean-outs were installed with minimal disruption to my interlocking front walkway. The work was carried out professionally, quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with Mr. Rooter and would use them again.
