Very frustrating experience dealing with this company. We did a complete kitchen renovation this past summer. Thermal was subcontracted by Revival General Contracting to do all the necessary plumbing. All plumbing was roughed in and we were told by the plumber that “everything was good to go”. There was no inspection done at this point. After we fired Revival General Contracting for breach of contract, we learned later that he directed Thermal that no more work was to be done. We tried calling Thermal to hire them directly to complete the job. Many voice mail messages were left and no one returned our calls. We ended up with a water leak in between walls that ran down into the basement wall and recroom ceiling from a nipple that hadn’t been sealed by the plumber. Thermal refuses to accept any responsibility, and is not willing to help with the repair costs.
We are looking into what our options are to pursue this.
We DO NOT recommend either of these companies!!

Highly recommend. I had a plumbing issue that required a few visits. The Thermal Mechanical team was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to get the job done properly, and didn't try to nickel and dime me. Would definitely use again.

Just had a new Armstrong furnace and A/C installed by Thermal, and the whole experience was excellent. Tyler came out to do the quote—he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain the options clearly without any pressure. I felt confident moving forward after talking with him.
The install team (Adam and Brock) were great—on time, efficient, and respectful of the space. Everything was done neatly, and they made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. The new Armstrong system runs quietly and keeps the house comfortable and cool.
I’d definitely recommend Thermal to anyone needing HVAC work. Top-quality service from start to finish. Thanks to Tyler and the whole crew!

I spoke with their receptionist to request a quote for an AC installation. Although they took my information, no one followed up to schedule an appointment. I eventually contacted Prestige Home Comfort, who responded right away and installed my AC within two weeks."

Been chasing them for well over a month to get a quote on a tankless hotwater heater installed, have used them many times and they have always been great but lately very disappointed call in once a week never get a call back moving onto another company! Finally get a call from Andrew, and said he don't wish to assist due to my review!! Well you would not get negatives reviews if you had the respect to at least return client calls! And glad had you on speaker phone during the call as had local contractor beside me!! And agreed you are very unprofessional!
