Upon returning from a 4-day vacation, we found ourselves with no water - the pipes had frozen. (We had unfortunately, contacted another plumbing company prior to Éclair Plomberie, who were unable to complete the job.) Éclair Plomberie, came the next day after we contacted them. Prior to arriving, they asked us to explain the situation and asked that we send photos. When they arrived, they had their own water supply and specialized equipment and were able to thaw our pipes in less than 30 minutes. We highly recommend Éclair Plomberie. Yan, Stephane and the other helper were professional, courteous, neat and knew exactly what to do. Thank you, S. Bray Mayo, Quebec

I called regarding an emergency in my home and he interrupted me telling him what was wrong to say “I have no interest in helping you.” Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Totally ripped us off and charged $661 for five minutes and charged things they didn't even do. On top of taking my landlord's money they took mine too. Avoid like the plague this company are scammers.

Called to inquire about the availability for arranging an inspection- was rudely told ‘sorry we don’t have availability for that’. What? Why offer ‘camera inspection’ services on your website if you don’t actually do them?!

I used this service 2 years ago and just recently to empty our septic tank. This year, I informed them our septic lid had come off. The first time they visited the just left it off. So I called again and they agreed to come back (I'll give them a star for that). However, when they came back they still didn't put the lid back on properly claiming that they didn't know what happened and it was missing bolts. But they were the last company to touch it and it was fine prior to that. Nonetheless, I can't believe they wouldn't put the lid on properly no matter what. Anyways, we won't be using them again.

Worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. so I took the morning off work, hoping I could make it in for our office Christmas party that was starting at 2:00 p.m. By 11:00 I called for a follow-up. "We're running about 1-1.5 hours behind but we'll be there", they said. Called again at 3:30 p.m. "We'll make it out to you today, don't worry", they said. Called for a third follow-up around 6:00 p.m. No answer but left a voicemail. It's now the next day and although I followed up AGAIN at 11:00 a.m. and was promised they would check on an ETA with the technician, no call back. I've never encountered such lack of care or understanding from a "service" company. Truly disgusting. Would NEVER recommend ANYONE deal with these guys.
