Excellent Service! Called the pleasant lady on the phone, and the guys were out right away to fix some bathroom plumbing. Literally took less that 15 minutes. Very professional. Thanks very much.

Plugged sink drain for 3 days. First plumber tried his best but couldn't budge it was here for at least 2 hours (he didn't charge me - who does that anymore?) Recommended Douglas Moore Plumbing. Called on Monday was here at 10am on Tuesday morning gone by noon and all fixed. He even cleaned under the sink before he left. Totally impressed with the service!

After calling 3 plumbers on a Friday morning with a clogged sewer pipe who told me they were too busy to help me, the lady at Douglas Moore at 1230 pm got back to me in 15 min with "For a backed up sewer, we will be right there." I got the impression they were as busy as everyone else but they put me as a priority. I believe this is great customer service because I will gladly wait for them with my next non-emergency so they can help someone with a serious problem. By 130pm they were leaving my house with the problem fixed.That is 1 hr from the first call I made to them. They will now be my first and only call. Outstanding service.

Completely frozen sewar line and flooded bathrooms on New Years Eve in my year old mini-home....took them only a couple days to get there and I am really happy with their work, they were great to deal with and I’m so happy to have it fixed. They also gave me some great tips and fixed what the original plumber did to cause the issues in the first place. Hoping it’s the last of my issues with it all. Happy with price too- was expecting a much higher bill considering all the work they had to do. THANK YOU!!!

I tried for 3 weeks to just get an appointment for an estimate. I only wanted something scheduled so I could make arrangements to be home for when they came. I spoke with Gary and Bertha a number of times but the two could not get on the same page to get anything booked. I totally understand that it is busy, however, I also think that following up with clients is important. I was told many times I would be contacted and never was. :(
