JP from Black Forest and his teammate came out to help us with our kitchen renovation. They did an exceptional job removing the existing gas pipe, installing a new vent for the new range hood, and installing the range hood itself. We are very happy with the results, quality and professionalism. We highly recommend JP and Black Forest Plumbing!!!

Black Forest is now my go to for repairs. Our furnace stopped pumping heat a couple of weeks ago. From the moment I called, I was treated like Gold. I was told a technician would be able to be to my home at a certain window of time. Saxon showed up right on time, professional. When I opened the door, he was listening to my recorded call to book the appointment/explained what was happening. You always get the calls that say "this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes"..but it actually was!! Saxon walked in already knowing the issue, in my own words! He did a complete review and was on to tech support and others to get to the bottom of the issue. It was repaired, but it was a temporary fix. We needed a new Thermostat. Saxon was in touch via text and phone call to arrange when it would be installed. So second trip to put in our new Thermostat...and of course the furnace decided it didn't feel like listening to the Thermostat! It just wasn't going to pump heat! 2 plus hours later...I lost track of how many phone calls to tech support for the Thermostat, a trip to the hardware store for something he needed...this man was not leaving until my furnace did what he wanted to! Amazing dedication to the job/his clients. Black Forest has a client for life and a true GEM of an employee in Saxon.

Cameron showed to my location on day 1, had a look and much was required to complete the mission.
Day 2 Cameron was on time and spent a good deal of time to resolve my issue with the kitchen drain. Cameron was amazing at all time, and to have to work in a crawl space i was amazed. As a tradesman myself for over 48 years, to say i was happy is not enough. I will and would recommend Black Forest ,and if you can ask for Cameron. You guys get 100% rating from me. Thank you very much, and please thank Cameron for me. To find a young guy with such great manners and work ethic is amazing in the day.

I used Black Forest plumbing for the first time today. The young man Matthew was such a fine man who got my taps working properly and checked everything over. He even adjusted my tap handle so I could reach it better as I am confined to a powerchair. He is a very fine man. Thank you Matthew.

We had a pipe burst last night and I contacted Black Forest Plumbing who sent their technician Todd to assess and fix the problem this morning. His work was timely and professional and we quickly have running water again. I would highly recommend Todd and Black Forest and will use their services again when needed.
