Showed up 20 mins before close to return a single item. Waited in line for 20 mins and then was told, sorry, we can't get to you, I'm locking the door at 4, I don't get paid overtime.
Update: I went back to return it again. They said they wouldn't take it back because 1) I didn't have the ziplock bag that it came in (!!) and 2) it was allegedly corroded, even though I only used it once. Salesperson (same as last time) was super smug and unhelpful. I just wanted my $28 back...

I just had a really great experience working with Liriel. I called earlier with a few questions, and she sent me a detailed quote within minutes.

Within 20 minutes I was walking out the door with the unit I wanted at a very reasonable price.
I was going to do a new review but can’t find that option so I will add to this one. Another shoutout to Liriel. She went above and beyond helping me with warranty issue on a different product. The details are too much to put here but Liriel was very patient and understanding and took care to make sure I was completely satisfied. Splashes will certainly be my go to if we need anything plumbing related.

The first time I went to the Abbotsford location I couldn't be more pleased. The sales woman was extremely helpful and I was very interested in doing business with them. I called this morning asking for the name of the bath tub I was interested in purchasing. Time was of the essence as I was in a meeting with my contractor. I asked the woman who answered the phone (not the same person as in previous meeting) to just get me the name of the tub. She said everyone was in a meeting. She put me through to someone else, I explained everything again and he assured me that he would return my call right away. No call. I called back, asked her to simply walk to the tub and give me the name. She did not call me back. There is no excuse for this. It would have taken 30 seconds. Needless to say, they will get no business from me.
