Service like this is unprecedented in Canada. I stopped in on Saturday looking for help with fittings for my irrigation system pump, and I was amazed by the level of service. No fewer than three staff members worked together to make sure I had the correct fittings and provided valuable advice on how to set everything up.
I went home, connected everything, and within ten minutes I was pumping water. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.
This business, its staff, and the values they demonstrate deserve to be celebrated and commended. Outstanding customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and this team sets a standard that others should strive to achieve.

Excellent selection on all plumbing needs, best selection of Vanities, Glass showers, Tubs, faucets. Very customizable for those looking for custom colours and components to enhance your projects.
Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable with great advice, and found perfect solutions for our projects (unlike other places in Chatham who were not helpful and had no clue...)
This is a business that cares about its customers and ensures project success without a price gouge.

ive been going there for years for anything plumbing related. staff have always been pleasant to deal with. i bought a magnetic shower head about a year ago and a plastic part cracked on me i could have called moen and did the warranty stuff myself but i took it in and they had the part so they gave it to me and theyre going to deal with moen warranty instead.
