Overall I've had a fantastic experience with One Stop Plumbing. It's one of the few stores in the area that will actually sell to people without an account. I had a very large order, and Polly, ( I presume to be one of the owners) , had everything ready for pickup within the day and was extremely thorough to make sure that I got everything that I needed. I would recommend these guys to anybody looking for more specific Plumbing needs. Their selection is way better than any big box store, and if they don't have something very specific, they will most likely be able to order it in. What's also nice is that they seem to be a family business, which of course I'm very happy to support. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Cambridge KW area!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable service! They ordered in a sump pump backup unit for me and had it ready the next morning. Price was great as well. Would highly recommend :)

Met the owner several times, and found her to be very friendly, very flexible, and knowledgeable about reverse osmosis water filters. I have been a customer since 2019 and don't plan on finding anyone else. I have never had bad service; perhaps anyone who says this had a misunderstanding and high expectations in this fast-paced culture we all live in. Not their fault either. I am a business owner and have experienced this myself. I truly hope the owner never retires!

Terrible customer service!
I went in needing just a basic slip joint washer for a trap. In fact, I brought the assembly in to ensure I got the right washer to fit. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. First, she questioned why I even removed the assembly. I explained because there was a clog and that the trap is designed for that purpose. Then she told me that a slip joint washer wasn't needed. I explained that there was a slip joint washer but it was broken and I needed to replace it. She basically dismissed me and I left the store shaking my head.
Good news is that I found the slip joint washer from one of her competitors, who were very helpful and courteous.
I definitely won't be returning to One Stop Plumbing and will tell others to avoid this store.

On my last two visits I only needed inexpensive parts but Polly showed me every step with great experience and patience.
I don't go anywhere else for plumbing.
She really gives professional advice at no extra cost.
Highly recommended!
