I had Antonio “Tony” come today to look around my house as my hot water is being finicky. He was AMAZING he was honest and super helpful throughout the entire process, he sat down with me and quoted me on the spot what it would cost me to fix the issue. Would highly recommend this company as they came the next day and were very happy to work around my availability. 10/10!!!!

The Plumber Micheal , came at a very reasonable time and was very kind and polite. Before he arrived I noticed the issue I was having for the last 3 days fixed itself "frozen pipe" . He did fix the lines for the hot and cold water that were hooked up the wrong way, no charge. I am very grateful and would recommend this company for their services anytime and will definitely keep them in mind for future services.Thank you!

Spoke to Sandra on the customer care team who was friendly and got my appointment booked very quickly. She listened to my issue and responded warmly and got my issue dealt with the same day. Keegan was the best!! Came in assessed the issue, was friendly and got it done quicker then I thought was possible. Thank you Keegan, Sandra and team for your fabulous service!

Kegan was an excellent representative of super plumber. He attended and explained all of the aspects of what he was going to do. He then went on to complete the job in a timely manner and even recruited support from one of his other team members to get the job done properly. I would highly recommend Kegan as he is an excellent first response plumber to any sewer backup problem.

Had a mini emergency during the week between Xmas and New Years. Boonstra/Super Plumber was able to come out on the same day which surprised me. No extra charge or anything, just their regular fee. Michael B kept in good communication with me and after all the excitement on my end, I was happy that the fix was a very simple 5 minute job. Honest and reliable with no upsell. I'll be using them again for sure.
