Exceptional experience!!!! Mark is a master!!! Quick story…We sold our house, stressed, Ploy B pipes found…more stress, get quotes..more stress, met Mark from J Adams and he analyzed the situation like a surgeon, less stress but disbelief.
What happened. Everything Mark said he did and then some. I’m 58 years old and this is the best experience with a company that I ever had. Thank you!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

I had Mark their plumber come out to my custom home in Rosedale, I had a plumbing service on my hot water heater. We were running out of hot water fast, I thought it needed a new Anode Rod, Mark did a very thorough inspection and told me he could save me money buy replacing the upper and lower element, and there was no need to replace the Anode rod, he also went above and beyond and Macgyvered a way to get the calcium vacuumed out of my tank. It like we have a brand new hot water tank now... The knowledge and professionalism of their plumbing team was second to none. I would highly recommend their plumbing service. From the hot tub reviews I am seeing they obviously have top of the line hot tubs and services as well

Sheri gave excellent advice to help us choose the right hot tub for our needs. Pricing was very competitive and included everything we needed to manage the maintenance of the tub. Delivery went very smooth. Natasha was excellent, teaching us the routine of caring for the spa with organized, straightforward instructions. You are always greeted with a friendly smile when you drop into the store and any questions are quickly answered.
