I had a huge problem with my whole house not having hot water coming all day. Thought it was the city but no it was us. I had to call an emergency plumber for this and man I’ll tell you one thing, I call this company and they instantly came to my house the same day and fix my issue with no time wasted. The communication and transparency on everything was the golden spot with this company. Usually plumber just hide the prices and bluff with technical stuff but with this guy, I had complete trust with what he doing and prices wise, I had no worries because he was being super transparent. Very great guy and great salesman as well. Really recommend him if anyone wondering if he can do the job.

I had a leak in my bathroom that was going into my neighbour’s bathroom downstairs - Hamou and Khaled came over very quickly, found the problem and fixed it right away. Thanks for the great service!

Recently I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. Honestly, they operate like scammers. They demanded payment before even explaining what the issue was, what needed to be fixed, or what the cost would be. For almost three weeks, I kept asking for proper details, and every time I was told, “I’ll send you the information now”—but nothing ever came.

In the end, I was forced to pay $250 for just 30 minutes of work, without receiving any breakdown of the problem or the solution. I was only able to join by phone since I was at work, but the plumber pressured me, saying I had to pay immediately or they wouldn’t leave my home. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This is by far the most disgraceful service I have ever dealt with. I strongly warn others to avoid them. I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer protection department and exploring legal action.
