POM Plumbing did a wonderful job! From the person I spoke with on the phone, John, to the plumber who came to my condo, also named John. The whole experience was as painless as possible. They both were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. John the plumber was patient with my many questions and made sure that everything worked well. I could tell that he liked his job and was very trustworthy. I highly recommend POM Plumbing!

I have used POM plumbing twice for two separate problems. I live in a semi luxury building in North York. The building unfortunately has some plumbing issues due to aging. Both times I was very satisfied with the skills and efficiency of the staff (Alex and Vitaly). They were polite and explained the issue and left the place spotless after completing their job. Keep up the good work team.

The building management hired this plumbing company to investigate a water issue in the building. In their report, they accused my unit of causing the problem without providing any solid proof. The entire report was based on assumptions, not clear findings or proper evidence. There was no definitive explanation or technical confirmation showing that my unit was the source.
When I contacted them to dispute the report and clarify the situation, I was told I would have to pay for them to come back and reinspect. Meanwhile, building management is billing me for their initial visit, which was based on speculation.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this company if you are looking for a thorough and unbiased inspection.
**My response**
I was in contact with your office by email about this issue, and I was told that if you returned for a re inspection, I would be charged again. I am disputing your original report, not requesting a new service, so charging me again does not seem fair.
Your team is frequently in the building working with management, so a follow up visit to review your own findings should not be treated as a new service call.
My position is simple. Please come and inspect. If you clearly prove the issue is coming from my unit, I will accept responsibility for the initial visit as required by management. But a second visit to support or clarify your own report should be considered a follow up, not an additional charge.

Nazarii recently helped me fix four or five plumbing issues in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. Not only did he complete everything with great quality, but he also cleaned up the entire work area afterward, which I really appreciated — very thoughtful and respectful.
Over the past few years, I’ve found plumbers through Google a few times, but no one has solved my problems as thoroughly as Nazarii did. I’m so happy to finally have a plumber I can truly trust. Now I know exactly who to call if anything comes up in the future.

John and the team are great and professional.
Technician Nazarii was assigned to my case in downtown toronto.
He fixed both my washing machine and dryer issue.
I stay in a relatively older building and attaching the dryer hose was a nightmare.
Nazarii gave his all and persistently tried to connect the dryer hose which was in a very awkward position. He was finally able to connect the hose which was very difficult to do.
Overall, it took time to fix but considering the situation I am grateful to the team. Highly recommended.

John replaced my kitchen water valves today with ball valves and did an amazing job. Thorough, clean, perfect workmanship. He also identified some other matters and explained them to me. Excellent plumber. Thank you, John.
