Cole and his coworkers did an amazing job on a tankless water heater sale and install and some plumbing for a kitchen reno. At my previous home a larger company had installed my tankless heater. Ultra's price was not only better, but the workmanship was also of a higher quality. I highly recommend Ultra Plumbing.

I used the services of Ultra Plumbing and HVAC a couple of months back, and I was quite pleased with their work. I just sent them a picture of the malfunctioning part, and technician Cole came with the correct replacement part and the defective part was replaced within 20 minutes, with absolutely no inconvenience to the tenants. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

Cole was absolutely wonderful to work with! I really appreciated how reliable and professional he was throughout the project. He was always responsive and committed to getting the work done in a timely manner. I needed some extra work done at the end of the renovation, and he went above and beyond to complete everything quickly to keep the project on schedule. My husband and I bought an old 2 ½ story house in downtown Hamilton (with many serious problems the evil sellers intentionally hid and did not disclose) that we’ve been slowly converting to a duplex.

Most of the plumbing had to be redone. We luckily found Cole through a referral. He’s honest, reliable, always fairly priced, super meticulous, discusses and patiently listens to our concerns and needs without getting annoyed (unlike a lot of other contractors) and is simply the nicest guy ever. He put in two new separate plumbing lines for each unit, new plumbing for 2 separate kitchens and a new washroom, hooked up a tankless water heater etc. etc. Cole does excellent clean work and somehow manages to make plumbing look nice!

When we found out Cole is also an HVAC expert we jumped! Our house had to have the entire dysfunctional boiler system ripped out. We decided to replace it with forced air. The first HVAC guy we hired (before we met Cole) ended up being a total disaster. Cole came to the rescue and cleaned up the other guy’s sloppy work and with his partner Ryan installed an entirely new furnace system in the basement.

We are forever grateful we found Cole and highly recommend him and Ultra Plumbing & HVAC.

I recently called Ultra Plumbing and HVAC to address a leak at my rental property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Cole came out and discovered that there were still old galvanized waterlines in the ceiling. He showed up fully prepared with all the necessary equipment and materials, and impressively, got the entire job done in just one day.

Cole was incredibly professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything in detail—from the scope of the work to the materials and costs involved. My tenants were extremely pleased with how quickly and efficiently everything was handled, and so was I.
