A neighbour referred Delta Plumbing when our shower started leaking. They completed the shower repair quickly and later helped us with a new shower installation during our renovation. The work was done professionally and the pricing was very reasonable. Excellent service and great communication throughout the project.

I had a great experience with Delta Plumbers in St. Catharines. I had an urgent plumbing issue, and Murray came out right away and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole situation much less stressful. Best of all, the price was within my budget. I would highly recommend Delta Plumbers based on my experience today. Thanks again, Murray!

Installer Murray was great. Only reason I’d give one star. I got a $40 valve put on my water line for a fridge hook up. I provided material for the fridge and a hole drill for the floor. It was still $600 which is crazy. I had another plumber in to look at other issues and he even said a fridge line max $250 DO NOT RECOMMEND..

Delta Plumbers was fine but there are definitely better companies to work with. Try Go Green Plumbing.
I called on a Sunday with an emergency dishwasher leak. I mentioned on the phone that unless they were able to come before 5pm on Sunday I would make an appointment for Monday. I was assured that they would arrive between 3 and 5. After seeing no one by 5:20, I called and was told no one would be available until 7 or 8pm. I then had to move the appointment to the next day as I was not available at that later time. I understand that delays happen but it was very frustrating that this was not communicated clearly.
When the plumber came the next day, all he said was “this dishwasher is broken and you need to replace it”. He gave very little explanation of what the problem was, even though the whole point of calling a plumber is to rely on their expertise.
We did not go through Delta to purchase the new dishwasher given their very high price.

I had a very disappointing experience with Delta Plumbers and would not recommend their services.
I contacted this company on December 17, 2025, to adjust a drain pipe under a newly installed vanity because it was not aligning properly. After assessing the issue, the technician quoted $565 to replace a simple drain pipe. I found this price extremely high and unreasonable, especially considering that the entire new vanity itself cost around $500.
I was already completing most of the renovation work on my own, including installing the vanity, mirror, and backsplash tiles in my powder room. I was initially hesitant to work on the P-trap under the sink, which is why I called a plumber. However, after hearing the quoted price, I decided to attempt the repair myself.
The very next day, I successfully fixed the P-trap and drain alignment on my own. The total cost for all the necessary supplies was only $70.
This experience made me feel that the company significantly overcharges customers, particularly those who may not be familiar with plumbing work. After reading reviews from other customers, I realized that many people have had similar experiences, which confirms that this is not an isolated issue.
Although I declined the service, I was still required to pay a $100 inspection fee, which added to my frustration. I will be uploading photos to support my review.
Be cautious when searching for plumbers, as Delta Plumbers often appear first in search results, which can be misleading. I recommend getting multiple quotes before proceeding with any work.
I also recognized the same technician from a previous visit. On May 7, 2025, my wife had contacted the same company to replace a mixing valve above our water heater. At that time, we were initially quoted $800, which was later “discounted” to $600. Once again, the price seemed excessive. We ultimately hired a different licensed plumber who completed the same work for under $200.
This pattern of inflated pricing further confirms my concerns about this company’s business practices.
Read the reviews before hiring which is my mistake.
This 1st image- repair needed as it is not aligned well
2nd image- I fixed P trap by myself (cost $70)
3rd image - quoted price from the company to do the same job.
