We hired Delta Plumbing for an outdoor plumbing system repair and pool plumbing repair. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs efficiently. A neighbour referred them to us and we're glad they did. Honest service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship.

Judging by the recent reviews, I should have checked before booking them. First issue, the young man sent had vehicle problems, he called me at 9 to say he'd be here within the hour. Nearly 11 am I called the company to cancel. She then called the plumber and magically he was 10 minutes away. He gave me a quote of $450 to do the work. I paid 50% and he waited in the vehicle until I paid. He got to work, had to go to his supplier, came back, told me the piece needed was an anti-freeze piece (it isn't, I confirmed with another plumber) and that the new repair would be $1150. Nearly triple the first estimate. He said his manager would be calling me within the next 10 minutes....that was Thursday evening. I have heard nothing as of yet and its Monday Nearly noon. So all I have is a hole in my basement bathroom wall. It's hard enough for a woman to trust trades coming into the house and now I feel like I've been ripped off entirely and forgotten about.

Plumber was extremely quick and professional Too expensive for the install as we already had the sink. $950 for two hours work. They grab you with their preservice charge of $90.Actually after my kids got angry at us (on govt pension) for not checking out other businesses i want to change my rate to zero. The bill had no breakdown for hourly costs and pipe and as i said we had the sink. Some pipes had to be replaced but not $950 worth. Can’t do zero so one will have to do.

Very poor experience. Although the tech sent to my house was polite, the company itself is a rip off. Charging a automatic service fee to quote outrageous prices of $550 plus tax to replace a wax ring! That cost $2. So refusing service still costs better $100 !!!! Outrageous - poor customer service. Then telling me the tech (poor young man) has to wait in my lane way until I pay. Normally there is a window of them to lay an invoice. But apparently not when you are ripping people off.

To top it off, I asked specifically if the business was a local plumber and was lied to. More like a big company out of Toronto robbing small town patrons blind. I have a call into the Manager - awaiting a response.

I am not expecting much but people need to know. Call your LOCAL plumber. Support small town. As a single mother, I will need to find alternative options.

Thanks for nothing but stress and a debt Delta.

I very rarely leave negative reviews — in fact, as a Google Local Guide with hundreds of reviews, the overwhelming majority of my ratings are 4 and 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with Delta Plumbers was so unacceptable that it warrants this review.

I paid a $282.50 (50%) deposit for a technician to investigate a discharge pipe problem using an inline camera. When their employee arrived, he admitted his camera was too large for my pipe and therefore could not perform the service I had already paid a deposit for.

A follow-up appointment was then scheduled with the same employee “Bruce” — he never showed up. I rebooked a second follow-up appointment, stayed home from work a second day, and again he failed to show up. That’s two full workdays wasted waiting for someone who never arrived.

To make matters worse, after numerous emails and phone calls attempting to get answers, an apology, or a refund, the company completely ignored me. No return calls, no accountability, and no refund for the job that was never completed.

This is by far one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I’ve had with any service company. I strongly urge anyone considering Delta Plumbers to look elsewhere if you value your time, your money, and reliable customer service.

no job is too big or too small for Delta plumbers. I’ve dealt with mould buildup from leaking pipes to a leaky faucet. The plumber is exercise. Patient knowledge and skills required to get the job done recommending with full confidence.
