Charged me 402$ and did nothing. Said there was no problem or leak and couldn't find any issue ( I showed him photos and videos of the problem as I had the water turned off prior to him coming so it wouldn't leak further and cause more damage).
Even though he had his tools with him, he did not use them or try to diagnose the problem. Just said maybe it's the faucet or in sink disposal. Just a guess is not what I expected to pay 400$ for.
Spent 20 min telling us he sees no problem. Even with photo and video evidence of the problem.
402$ for 20 min of him saying I don't know what the issue is. Huge amount of money and did nothing and didn't even try. Big waste of time and do not recommend this company. Seek plumbing help elsewhere.

They were very responsive. Within minutes of submitting a request to replace our gas hot water tank, I got a call with the estimate and availability. The installation was perfect. It was a painless experience. They made sure to clean up the place before leaving as well. Thank you.

Amazing service—completely cleared years of buildup!
We were dealing with recurring main line backups every few months and were tired of just getting the lines snaked for a temporary fix. I called Gator Plumbing, and they recommended hydrojetting. The technician was incredibly professional. Before doing anything, they ran a video camera inspection to look at the condition of our pipes and ensure they could handle the high pressure. They explained exactly how the hydrojetting works—essentially pressure-washing the inside of the lines to blast away grease and roots rather than just punching a hole through the clog.
The difference is night and day. They even did a follow-up camera inspection to show me the 'before and after' of the clean walls of the pipe. Transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and highly professional. Worth every penny!

We had an emergency sewer backup in our Vancouver condo building and Gator Plumbing & Drainage Ltd. responded incredibly fast. Devin and his team arrived the same day, completed a full drain camera inspection, and hydro jetted the main line professionally. They explained everything clearly, provided photos and documentation for our property manager, and left the area very clean afterward. You can tell they really care about customer service and quality workmanship. I contacted Gator Plumbing after 10:00 PM, and Deep scheduled me for 10:00 AM the following morning. Deep and his staff arrived ahead of schedule and resolved the clog promptly. They were professional, friendly, and communicated clearly and efficiently. Affordable pricing!

When it comes to emergency services, Gator Plumbing is the only way! They handle each and every aspect of their job with thoughtfulness and professionalism. They communicated clearly and precisely and assured me that everything would be okay when one of my basement pipes ruptured and nearly flooded my entire house! Deep and his crew are the ones to call. I will refer no one else but their team!
