Shaun was one of the best tradesman we have ever experienced in a very long time. He was punctual, courteous, and took time to thoroughly explain in terms we could understand. I would recommend this company for their professional technicians. Great service.

ETA: They claim “management will be reaching out to me,” no one ever did. Just wanted to add this because it’s unfathomable that they found a way to leave my hanging one more time. But here we are.
We had a pipe burst at 9pm, we called them at 9:26pm, they said they would have someone there at 8am but with water leaking through our second floor. They would try and find someone who could come same night and would call me back in 15 minutes. No one called. I called them at 10pm, to follow up - they said no one had responded. I clarified that someone would be here at 8am, they said yes. Ok fine.
Next morning, 8am comes and goes. I called again to follow up. They said the arrival time is 8-12pm, no one told me that - I head from TWO different people the night before they would be here at 8am which heavily influenced my decision to wait for them. They say the plumber is having car trouble and they will try and assign someone else. Someone will call when on their way. 9:15am, no updates. 10:15am Call back, the plumber with car trouble is still assigned but now, no one knows about him having car trouble? They “think” they can still be there by noon, but no information or updates. Someone will call me with an update “soon.”
11am update is they don’t know when someone will be here. Probably in the early afternoon. I called another company to get help.
Nightmare. Talk about making a stressful situation worse.

I want to thank Trevor C. for the outstanding work he did yesterday at my house. He changed the mixing valve of my hot water tank in no time. He was very professional and friendly and I really enjoyed our conversation. Thank you again!

Adam was amazing and did a great job fixing the issue. We tried to replace our outdoor faucet and pipe and ran into nothing but issues. I contacted the Super Plumber, they came same day, took a look and gave a quote to fix everything the next business day. Adam worked quickly, was very friendly, tidy and left no mess even though he had to cut out part of the ceiling. Highly recommend Super Plumber and Adam for his superb service

Billy and Seamus were great. They were able to take a quick look at my sink , identify what was wrong and fix it within the same day. Our sink was out of order due to a clog for 3 days , and they not only unclogged it but also replaced the corroded parts. They were so polite and my dog loved them too. Great job ! Very happy with the service.
