I recently had warranty work performed by Dave and Christian. The guys were professional and great to deal with. They arrived on time and had both water heaters swapped out quickly. Tidy and neat clean up. I highly recommend this Crystal Waters team as they were quick to respond and without question.

Crystal Waters did a superb job in helping me assess my needs and line up a number of options to consider for my new home heating system. They were very responsive to my questions, and provided good guidance throughout. When it came time to install the new system, they were on time, very professional, and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again in the future.

Crystal Waters Plumbing & Heating came into our home replaced our furnace, installed hot water on demand, water softener and a heater for our garage. They were great! The crew were polite, highly skilled and cleaned up after themselves. They even got the job done a day early. We would highly recommend them.

I have had an excellent experience with Crystal Waters Plumbing & Heating. The company sent a staff member to investigate why my water leaked from the hot water tank. Then, they informed me of the issue and the solution to repair it at a reasonable price approved by their clients. Everything was done well within one day. I highly recommend using Crystal Waters Plumbing & Heating, as the unexpected water problem will be solved effectively. Thank you for the great job you have done for your customers.
