I hired Colyn for the plumbing for my legal basement suite and I am so glad I chose him after speaking with several different plumbing companies. Colyn was efficient, communicates well, and he was able to drill into my bathroom tile without causing any cracks in the tile which was impressive. I have hired alot of plumbers over the last 30 years of home ownership in different provinces and Colyn is in the top 2. It is always hard to find good trades that focus on quality while still being priced competively and Colyn offers all of it!

Colyn very graciously came to our rescue. We were having renovations done on our house and suddenly the furnace quit working. We didn’t know if something had changed with the work done earlier in the day. One of the contractors still at our house contacted Colyn, who he knew was working neat by, to ask him if he could take a look at it. Colyn came by after his service call. Upon quickly checking that everything seemed to be in proper working order, he diagnosed the thermostat as needing new batteries. This was despite the app signalling everything was working fine and there had been no notification of a low battery. Colyn provided us with new batteries, as we couldn’t find ours packed in a box somewhere. We also asked about moving our thermostat location for better heat distribution, as we had been told it wasn’t possible. After listening, he advised that it could be done, but it might make the heating situation worse. He did offer instead that connecting the thermostat to electricity would permanently solve our current problem, rather than having it utilize just batteries. He also thought that having our ducts cleaned, after the renovations, was a waste of money and simply changing the filters frequently would be all that was needed. Colyn was very helpful, friendly professional and did not try to get us to do unnecessary work. Best of all, he didn’t even charge us a service call for the quick fix. We were so grateful for his unscheduled response and remedy as our house was getting chilly and we couldn’t locate the fireplace remote either. We have no hesitation recommending Colyn and we will definitely be switching our HVAC service provider and having him do our annual servicing as soon as our renovations are complete.

can't thank Colin enough for the work he did at our home. We asked him to install some kitchen plumbing as well as a hot water tap, and he was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. He' also very personable and friendly.
Before contacting Colin, I had spoken with a few other companies and, frankly, their quotes felt excessive. Colin, on the other hand, was open and honest about what could realistically be achieved and what the job involved.
We’re really happy with the quality of his work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber, and if any plumbing issues come up in our home in the future, he’ll be the first person we call.
