Our basement pipe started leaking around 7pm on a Thursday, and within minutes it turned into a full-on emergency with water going everywhere. I was seriously stressed out and had no idea what to do. I called these guys, and Francis picked up right away. He stayed calm and talked me through shutting off the water main while he was heading over.
Even with evening traffic, he made it to our place within an hour and fixed the issue that same night. Really grateful for how quickly and professionally they handled such a stressful situation.

Two other plumbers had already taken a crack at our kitchen drain and neither fix lasted more than a couple weeks. Ottawa Plumbing Service fixed the clogged drain properly, it's been four months and not a single backup. Wish I hadn't wasted time with the other guys first.

We noticed our water heater leaking from the bottom and knew it needed to be fixed right away. After comparing a few quotes, we decided to go with Ottawa Plumbing Service, and it turned out to be the right choice. Francis really knew his stuff, he took the time to walk me through the issue and showed me exactly what was going on. Instead of pushing for a full replacement, he only replaced the parts that actually needed it. It’s been running perfectly for the past 6 months.

We started noticing our water bill creeping up, so I called them out to do leak detection at our old house. Francis took a really methodical approach and ended up finding two small leaks we never would have caught on our own, one under the kitchen sink and another behind the toilet. He fixed both right there on the spot, and by the next month our water bill was back to normal. Definitely glad we took care of it before those leaks caused more damage.

A burst pipe caught us off guard Sunday night around 8pm, and water was quickly spreading everywhere in the house. We called their emergency line right away, and someone made it out to us in about two hours. Their leak detection process was really impressive, they used electronic equipment to pinpoint the exact problem without having to tear into the walls. They managed to fix everything that same night and saved us from what could’ve been serious damage. Definitely worth every penny.

Once on site the technician was able to handle the situation with ease, care and much appreciated communication.
At the end of the task they tidied up, and ensured I was satisfied with the job. This is the kind of service that one doesn't want, but it's nice to have it. I'll be calling them again and would recommend them if you're looking for plumbing service.
