As a new homeowner of an older home, I’ve never had to call a plumber before, so I was honestly pretty nervous about the whole thing. BOS Company came to the rescue and fixed the issue under my sink, and I’m so grateful!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ali was amazing. He even came out on a Sunday, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got everything fixed quickly and efficiently. His help made it so much easier for my family to get back into our normal Sunday routine. He was great to deal with and made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Hopefully I won’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I’ll be calling! Thank you, Ali!

We had a toilet that kept running and was starting to leak around the base at our home in Etobicoke. BOS Plumbing & Drains was able to fit us in the same day, which we really appreciated. The technician quickly figured out what was causing the problem, replaced the worn parts, and explained what had failed. They also gave us a few tips to help prevent the issue from happening again. They cleaned up before leaving, and the toilet has been working perfectly ever since. I’d definitely use them again if we need a plumber.

I had a burst pipe issue at my home in Etobicoke late at night, and BOS Plumbing & Drains was able to send a technician out quickly. He found the leak, explained what caused it, and got the repair done efficiently. I really appreciated that he took the time to check everything afterward and make sure there were no other issues. Great service, fair pricing, and very professional. I would definitely call them again if I need emergency plumbing help.
