Paradigm is one of the best services. Jon was amazing. He took time to drive out to maple ridge. He is very knowledgeable and works fast. They definitely know what they are doing when on the job. He helped fixed our hot water problem and saved us a whole bunch of money. Would highly recommend and will definitely be calling for future fixes

Jon is great at response and tried to come asap to help out my ceiling leaking. He's reliable, good work and not doing short cut. His price is reasonable. Not overcharged or trying to up sale any work. He is the plumber I will call for future work. I recently also got my water valve replaced by Joh cuz my psi water pressure was so high and so old. Joh was able to fixed my leak and book another day right after to replaced the valve to adjust the water pressure. I also have the old plastic pipe that is easily leak and having a high psi level is also not good. Newer houses don't have to worry about those pipe.

I highly recommend Jon. He was very patient and informative with all our questions and concerns. We had a leak under our sink which he determined was coming from our garbage disposal. He assisted us by not only completing the repairs but going out off his way to purchase the new garbage disposal for us. Not only did the quality of his work speak for itself he also left our home spotless after the work was complete which is high praise coming from someone as particular as I am. I will definitely be using Jon in the future.

Picture this: you’ve just moved into your new home - everything is amazing - until a couple of months later, during the rainy season, you discover that your basement is getting wet in places it shouldn’t be. Paradigm Services came to the rescue with a stopgap solution that kept our basement dry for the rest of the gloomy months. Then, over the summer, they replaced the home’s original 1960s drain tile system with a new, highly serviceable, and incredibly effective rainwater management setup.
I’ve used this company for all things plumbing - they’re the only one that’s consistently treated me well and delivered top-quality work - so hiring them for such a big job made me a little nervous. My worries were completely unfounded: Jon and the rest of the Paradigm team did a phenomenal job fixing our aging infrastructure right on schedule.
I can’t recommend Jon and his team enough. They’re trustworthy, dependable, and take real pride in making sure the work is done correctly and to the highest standards. I can't recommend these guys enough :)

We had Jon update our faucets, shower handles, a toilet, and our hot water tank. Jon’s reliable, punctual, a good communicator, and does excellent work. He also makes good recommendations for quality products and has very reasonable prices. We won’t hesitate to have Paradigm do future work for us.
