Excellent customer service. Received a call to let me know the technician was on the way and advised me of his name etc. I was also able to track him which was an added bonus. Kyle Bouchere was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and respectful. He gave me several options and explained everything clearly. Because of Kyle I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing and Drains.

Cole came by for our annual plumbing check-up and once again, he and Priority Plumbing have delivered exceptional service. What started as a routine inspection turned into a much more valuable visit, as he took the time to address several minor concerns we had, including a slow-draining sink, lingering odors coming from the kitchen drain after cooking, and upgrading our shower head.
Cole was incredibly pleasant, patient, and professional throughout the entire appointment. He was knowledgeable and thorough, carefully explaining what he was doing, the causes and providing helpful maintenance tips to improve the longevity and performance of our plumbing system. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions made us feel confident that everything was being taken care of properly.
Beyond his technical expertise, Cole was genuinely kind, caring, and easy to work with. It's rare to find someone who combines such strong knowledge with outstanding customer service.
This visit also reminded us of another fantastic experience we had with Priority Plumbing last year when Ouweis installed our bathroom vanity as part of our renovation. The project turned out to be more complex and challenging than expected, but Ouweis remained calm, confident, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. No matter what obstacles came up, he always gave us confidence that everything would work out and that our vision for the bathroom would come together exactly as we had hoped. He was incredibly pleasant, charming, thorough, and knowledgeable, and his workmanship played a huge role in the success of our renovation.
Experiences like these are why we continue to trust Priority Plumbing. From Ouweis' outstanding work on our renovation to Cole's exceptional service during our annual check-up, every interaction has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. We're extremely happy with the improvements they've made to our home and the peace of mind they've provided. Just wrapped up a great service from Zac! Had a leaking pipe and needed it fixed quickly. From the service request the night before two Zac's Arrival promptly in the morning of the next day, it was an overall great service! Very patient, informative, and provided lots of fair options and prices to solve the issue. Very satisfied! Would definitely recommend!

Tony Saracini came out this morning to repair a kitchen sink drain that had corroded away from the lower plumbing. He provided a great service in a quick time. Nice man providing a needed service, all that you can ask for. The booking process was easy and the price was reasonable.
I am happy with the work and would recommend their services. 10/10.

Shoutout to Priority Plumbing, these guys are fantastic!
My Dad has used Priority Plumbing multiple times over the years, including two recent service calls to my grandpa’s apartment. Both experiences have been professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful.
They don’t just fix the immediate problem, they take the time to inspect the rest of the plumbing system and let you know about any potential issues down the road.
The first visit was great, and on the second one, we had Zachary come out. He replaced a worn-out fill valve? (The work was done a while ago and i forgot exactly what was done for the toilet, my bad) which had degraded over time from the harsh chemicals of a toilet tank cleaner (good to know and lesson learned. Avoid leaving those in the tank!).
While he was there, Zach also noticed a developing clog in the kitchen sink drain. The sink was still draining okay for now, but he explained that it would likely get worse over time and could become a much more expensive repair later. There was zero pressure or hard-sell tactics. Just clear, honest information so we could make an informed decision. We ended up having the pipes cleaned right then and there, as it felt like the smart proactive choice.
The whole team was excellent. The dispatcher (I unfortunately forgot her name) called ahead to ask if there was anything specific we wanted to mention, and I received a helpful text with a live tracking link so I knew exactly when Zach would arrive.
Overall, top-notch communication, honest advice, quality work, and no gimmicks. I’m not a homeowner yet, but when I am, Priority Plumbing will be my first call without hesitation!
