Excellent Company, from the front office to the technicians that installed the Furnace and Heat Pump. Got great guidance and advice during the quote phase, no pressure. On installation day the techs arrived on time, and got to work, long day. They were personable, polite and respectful. They answered all my questions, and gave me pointers. On leaving they really cleaned up, they left it cleaner than it was. So all in all, did an excellent job.

Honestly, such a great company to deal with. From booking the appointment to the technician finishing the job, everything was smooth and stress-free. The tech took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Would absolutely call them again!

This is our first renovation, and we’ve had a really pleasant experience with the team. Jack was super friendly and knowledgeable when he arrived to do the assessment of our basement. He was exceptionally quick to send the quote as well as loop in other team members to ensure all our needs could be met. Matthew Simpson and his team did a great job moving our trickle-system tank, pumps, and hot water tank. Their work is quality and efficient. We look forward to continuing our Reno’s with this team.
