We recently completed a full home renovation and hired Blue Tap to replace all of the old plumbing in the house with brand-new systems. They did an outstanding job from start to finish.
Everything was completed very professionally, accurately, and fully up to code. They handled all the city permits themselves, including obtaining approvals from the city, which made the entire process stress-free for us. Every detail was done carefully and properly.
One thing that really stood out was their honesty and thoroughness. Many contractors who had worked on homes in this area before had never replaced the main water line, but Blue Tap identified the issue and properly replaced the main line as well. That alone gave us so much more confidence in the quality and safety of the work.
They upgraded both bathrooms, replaced all the vents, and redid the plumbing throughout the entire house. Everything was done very cleanly and with great attention to detail. Communication was always easy, and they were very responsive and professional throughout the project.
Another thing we appreciated was how involved and helpful they were when it came to materials and product selections. They carefully reviewed every material we purchased and gave honest recommendations about what was right or wrong, always thinking ahead to prevent future damage or problems. Their recommendations were extremely valuable.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Blue Tap. Their work is warranty-backed, fully city-approved, and the new plumbing system has absolutely added value and peace of mind to our home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and professional plumbers.

We had a great experience with this plumber who installed our new built-in dishwasher. The installation turned out to be more complicated than expected, but he handled everything professionally and patiently.
He spent extra time troubleshooting the fit to make sure the dishwasher would slide in properly and sit securely in place. He adjusted and fine-tuned the installation so everything was level, stable, and working correctly.
Overall, very efficient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented work. We really appreciated the effort to get it done properly rather than rushing through it. Would definitely recommend for appliance installation and plumbing work.

We highly recommend Blue Tap Plumbing. From the start we received a detailed quote which listed all aspects of the job to be done. Communication was excellent when arranging timing of the job and the work done exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen reno which required removal of the very old copper piping and installation of new plumbing for the new kitchen sink and dishwasher. The laundry room was also updated from old plumbing that was on the outside of the wall to behind the wall with recessed hot/cold taps. Care was taken to make sure everything was done to code and completed exactly as quoted. We are super happy with the result and it was a pleasure to work with such a professional and friendly company that take pride in their work.

We had an excellent experience with Blue Tap Plumbing, a reliable local plumbing company in North Vancouver. They fixed our clogged kitchen sink and completed a bathroom faucet replacement quickly and professionally.

I had a plumbing issue in my kitchen, and the plumber who came to help was absolutely fantastic.
