Tyson has been to my home several times for plumbing work, and every experience has been excellent. He’s consistently friendly, respectful, and professional, and his work is always clean and done right.
Because of that, I’ll continue using Rapid and will specifically request Tyson whenever possible.
If I were in management, I’d absolutely recommend not only giving Tyson a raise, but also considering him for a supervisor role.

Our Furnace needed to be replace, after a quick review of the problem a Rapid Cool technician returned with space heaters to get us through. Today they installed the new furnace which they did quickly and effeciently. New furnaces are smaller and run quieter so we are very lucky to have such a quick response to our problem. We are warm again and it is very much apreciated.

Marc is an absolute gentleman. He is very polite and detail oriented. He carried out the service/maintenance on our Regency gas fireplace in a timely fashion. He quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and completed the repairs and adjustments. He did an excellent job of clean up once he was finished. Marc is a true professional. Thank you Marc for the awesome customer service!
