I needed a Kohler Rite-Temp part to fix a dripping shower valve and contacted Teflon Plumbing on a Saturday. Although Nur didn’t have the part in stock, he went above and beyond to help. He reached out to another store, located the part for me, and provided all the details I needed.
He even followed up afterward to make sure everything worked out. Very helpful, professional, and truly customer-focused. I really appreciate his effort and highly recommend Teflon Plumbing!
