After 12 years of having James maintain, repair and install anything required for our gas, heating and plumbing needs, I continue to highly recommend him. He is professional, incredibly thorough and educates us every step of the way so that we have a full understanding of the work that needs to be done. Having him do a full inspection and write up a report this time, gives us full confidence in the workings and what’s to be expected in the future for an older home. Greatly appreciated James!

This is the place to call. James has been servicing our family’s boiler control unit for a few years now, both in repair & part replacement, as well as annual maintenance. It’s clear he knows his way around the systems, but what really stands out for us is that James is polite, honest, and accountable for his work. He stays on top of communication and even takes the time to explain details when asked. I’m happy to share that he has given our family peace of mind after each visit. Excellent experience overall!!

As one of the most critical and expensive features of your home, the world of boilers and hot water systems is quite intimidating. Finding a trustworthy contractor is a daunting task, and I spent hours doing research online. I had in-home consultations from SIX highly recommended local HVAC companies, and after speaking with James from Accolade, he was my top choice before we even met.
From the very first phone call, James put me at ease. He never talked down to me, and was patient and willing to answer any questions I had, and even encouraged it. His estimate was the most detailed and reasonable, plus he was the only one that provided a breakdown for the cost of parts and labour.
James walked me through every step of the process and was able to install our new tankless hot water system and boiler on his own, in a little over a day. The system works great, looks cool (bonus points), and was a reasonable cost. More importantly, I'm happy I've found someone I trust for all of my family's HVAC needs for the future. I can't recommend James and Accolade Plumbing & Heating enough.
