I was told it would be $150 just to provide a quote for my sewer replacement when the other two plumbers I called to request a quote in-person were able to provide one at no upfront cost.
I have learned from the past that most service providers that charge just to provide a quote or diagnostic tend not to provide very good service or value for money, so I'll take my business elsewhere.
The call was also answered by a generic 'plumbing, drainage, and heating' automated message and human call taker, NOT 'FlowCraft Plumbing Services' which is suspicious and makes it seem like this company is really just a referral service for other plumbers since they don't even bother to brand themselves properly. It was also difficult to hear the call taker.

I had a really great experience with FlowCraft Plumbing Services. Jamarr came to fix my shower taps and was so kind and reassuring the entire time. I was nervous about having restoration work done in my home with young children and pets, but he was incredibly respectful and attentive. Anytime he needed access to something, he made sure to ask me first, which meant a lot and made me feel comfortable. He even noticed my shower head was loose and tightened it for me — such a small thing, but he did it complimentary and it was truly appreciated. The care and consideration he showed really stood out. I’d absolutely recommend them.
