Absolutely terrible customer service - we originally called as we had no heat kicking on ,they didn’t fix the problem when I called to get them back was told I would have to pay again then they cancelled the time and told me I could wait until midnight for someone to swing by I still have no heat and the house is sitting at 64 or 14 degrees . Then asked a Manager call and not only did he not call he sent an email basically saying the same thing. Don’t use them if you require working heat- they not only won’t repair it properly they treat you poorly when you give them an opportunity to fix the problem you already paid for…. Called Foster and so far a much better experience and they recognized not having heat was an issue and expedited getting a tech here!

First appointment I had to cancel next one week later had rep explain various a/c options. Decided on unit and 2 days later installed perfectly. Great company great product great great crew. Big 5 stars.

Kyle fixed our furnace in one visit. Diagnosed and fixed 4 issues that the other company missed or messed up on 2 previous visits. Told us we did not need to rewire as diagnosed by the other company. Able to make an appointment for the next day. All at a fantastic rate. These guys are an awesome company. I highly recommend them.

We have been having issues with the Heat Pump not getting up to the correct temperature. Renee arrived today and she was knowledgeable, professional and more importantly, thorough. I feel confident the issue will resolve. She even pointed out things that were missed and arranged for them to be done. The team at 360 Duncan, BC are so helpful and I am glad I went to them for heating.
