I had a new hot water heater installed today.
The Preferred Plumbing technicians were punctual, efficient and very cordial. They kept me abreast of what was happening. My furnace room now looks shiny and new and easy to look at without awkward piping every which way.
Best of all the crew prepped the path they were going to walk on and roll the hand truck with the hot water tank with protective waterproof runners and sheets right down the stairs and all the way to the basement and the furnace room.
Very diligent and caring.
I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing Solutions.

We had a slow drain and a small leak that had started getting worse over time. The technician arrived on schedule, explained both issues clearly, and was able to take care of everything in one visit. Professional and efficient service.

Amazing service. Very professional and courtesy plus plus.we were getting a sewr smell when AC turns on. There was a previous fix performed by a different plumber and we were still getting the smell hence called Preferred Plumbing service. They were precisely on time.took the time to check everything a document everything when troubleshooting. Very impressive service. Thank you Jeremy and Cedric for you courtious and professional approach.

I've had Preferred plumbing come in for 3 different jobs now at my place and each time they leave high quality work behind and gives me a peace of mind. The only hesitancy I have had is the price associated, but they do a great job breaking down the quotations so I can pick and choose what i want done. The price is somewhat justified as the team here does a great job not taking short cuts and doing everything in a manner that fits all tasks to code. Plus the fact they operate very professionally, will tell you what works well in the house and suggestions for improvements in other areas.

Special shout out to Jeremy who does a fantastic job when it comes to customer service in addition to the skill. As well as Cedric and George as well who helped complete the last job to perfection!

Have had a few issues fixed in the last year and this company have been great as well as thorough in their work. Most recently, we had water through the living room ceiling and they were able to send someone out the next day to assess. George & Cedric found the issue with an older toilet and explained the problem and best solution as well as other options. They did the work really quickly and we were able to get back to our day within hours!

Even had an issue later with a piece on another tap cracking and as it was under their warranty, they actually came back out the same day to repair it. It was brilliant to see a company with such high standards for their work and a commitment to honouring their 2 year warranty, and again everything was resolved before the evening. Will definitely use them in future for any issues or any new plumbing work we need!
