Had someone come by for a leak under our kitchen sink and I honestly couldn't be happier with how it was handled. They arrived when promised, explained the issue clearly, and fixed everything the same day. Very respectful and professional service.

Amazing service. Very professional and courtesy plus plus.we were getting a sewr smell when AC turns on. There was a previous fix performed by a different plumber and we were still getting the smell hence called Preferred Plumbing service. They were precisely on time.took the time to check everything a document everything when troubleshooting. Very impressive service. Thank you Jeremy and Cedric for you courtious and professional approach.

Have had a few issues fixed in the last year and this company have been great as well as thorough in their work. Most recently, we had water through the living room ceiling and they were able to send someone out the next day to assess. George & Cedric found the issue with an older toilet and explained the problem and best solution as well as other options. They did the work really quickly and we were able to get back to our day within hours!
Even had an issue later with a piece on another tap cracking and as it was under their warranty, they actually came back out the same day to repair it. It was brilliant to see a company with such high standards for their work and a commitment to honouring their 2 year warranty, and again everything was resolved before the evening. Will definitely use them in future for any issues or any new plumbing work we need!
