Had a leak behind our washing machine repaired and the experience was great. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and our home was treated with respect. The office staff also made the scheduling process very smooth and easy.

Absolutely outstanding experience. Cedric arrived on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians were extremely professional. Maggie especially was wonderful with communication.

We recently moved into our new home in Niagara Falls and had a few plumbing issues come up unexpectedly. George was fantastic to work with, very professional, honest, and efficient. Also wanted to mention how wonderful the office staff were. Michelle made scheduling so easy and followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly. Excellent customer service all around.
