Bradley arrived on schedule to follow-up on my request to Watermark to address some mostly minor plumbing issues. Smile on his face, very personable and helpful, and very efficient. Changed a few leaking taps and piping, checked the drain from the laundry tub, and checked a few other issues. I should add that Sarah and Stacey (office) were very helpful in scheduling this visit. I am very pleased with the service from Watermark and will contact them first for any future needs. Bill Barclay

I recently was in need of plumber to replace an old toilet and repair several leaky taps throughout my home... finding someone you trust to do plumbing work in your home is definitely not as easy as it sounds! I found Watermark Plumbing & Drains on one of my local facebook groups, specifically the newsletter "How Not to Call a Plumber" caught my attention.
I messaged, and Sarah responded within a few minutes! She provided some very insightful advice. Once my parts arrived, she scheduled me in for service the very next day!
Brad (& Andrew) arrived right on schedule and were both incredibly professional from start to finish. The toilet installation was seamless, and they took great care to ensure everything was properly sealed. I couldn't be happier with the results!!
Brads also quickly identified the issues with my leaking faucets and had them fixed in no time—it’s such a relief to finally have a quiet, leak-free house!
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and how clean they left the workspace. It’s rare to find such reliable and high-quality service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled plumber who gets the job done right the first time. I would highly recommended Watermark Plumbing!!

We had an excellent experience with Watermark Plumbing. They were very responsive to our questions leading into the plumbing appointment and Jeremy did a great job replacing our sump pump. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable.
We would definitely use their services again and would certainly recommend to others.

Very satisfactory experience! Stacey at the front desk gave information and answered my questions patiently, and was quick to follow up with the vendors about technology and availability.
Bradley installed the pump, also answered my questions enthusiastically and left the area clean but not before sharing some tips on how to check on the system periodically.
Definitely recommended!

Jeremy Leigh helped us with an auxiliary sump pump/battery backup installation, as well as a tricky toilet install with a broken flange and a very tight fit. He was a pleasure to work with, and we are very pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend to friends & family.
