This review has taken me wayyyy too long to write, but Bo was great when he helped us with a blocked drain in our second-level town house. He was able to come in the afternoon of the day that I called, and initially tried a simpler/cheaper method before getting a bigger tool. It was a pretty grotty job and he toiled away at it until it was sorted. Professional, friendly and speedy. Definitely recommend if you're in a pickle with your pipes.

We contacted Bo after he was recommended to us by a store to change our failing combi boiler. Bo is excellent, very easy to communicate with and punctual. He recommended a Rinnai unit and we've been very happy with it. He's like one of the few official installers of that brand in the Lower Mainland so you get 2 years full warranty (including labour) instead of just one if you go with him.
I highly recommend him. Nice guy too (if you like to chat).

We hired Bo to install a new hot-water-on-demand unit, after our previous one retired itself! Bo was respectful and quiet on site, is a great communicator and was able to schedule us promptly so we only had a day turn around with no hot water. We have owned homes for over 35+ years, and only wish we had found Bo sooner. I highly recommend him - his knowledge and experience are appreciated.

Our boiler stopped working on the weekend and even with some space heaters, our house was getting too cold for our little kids. We called around several places and got a hold of Cody from Rocky Mountain. He came as fast as he could and gave us a very good eta. He promptly figured out the issue, showed it to us and explained it in detail. He fixed it and made sure it was running properly before he left. The invoice was reasonable. We are very happy we called Rocky Mountain and highly recommend them! Thank you Cody.

I do not honestly think I have words good enough to describe what Bo did for us.

We had a new furnace and tankless water heater installed last August by another company. It took less than a week for the water heater to stop working, erroring out and only giving us hot water 50% of the time (with an error code constantly going off every time someone in the house used water). After many attempts to get that company to come and fix things, we looked at other options and came across Bo.

Bo was recommended to us by the water heater manufacturer, who said he is a local expert on their product. They were absolutely correct. He immediately assessed incorrect installation issues by the previous company and rectified some problems. Unfortunately the errors still persisted, even after he had finished the changes, but he immediately turned around a few minutes after we had called him and returned to investigate further.

Bo then discovered a rare issue involving Fortis' meter which was also causing part of the problem, and he was able to help us convince Fortis to come out and get a new meter outside.

He finally contributed to an appeal to the water heater manufacturer, which resulted in them providing us a new machine. After Bo installed the new unit, everything has been running perfectly and we are beyond happy.

His professionalism, willingness to call and follow-up with us (even off hours... I'm so sorry and thank you for always taking a call Bo!), and his straight-forward explanations were amazing and I am so happy to have found someone in the field I can trust after the terrible experience I had prior. His rates are fair and he gives very good estimates with his schedule and time it will take to work on each job.

I would recommend Bo to my friends and family, and I am very satisfied with everything he has done for us. Thank you again!
