Easton made some really impactful changes at my home, rerouting my kitchen sink and laundry room drain. He was very diligent, super friendly, and made suggestions for other areas that I didn’t know needed attention.
My only criticism was the price point. It was quite expensive compared to other companies I’ve used recently, and an accident happened where my washing machine was damaged (they’ve committed to reconciling this, yet to be done). While the service was fantastic, I would consider using them in the future given the cost. I was keen to get this job done fast, so that’s the price to pay for urgency versus waiting for another plumber I’ve used previously who is equally wonderful, but better priced.

We had a great experience with Wade Roberts Plumbing. The office staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive. And I loved the email they sent out before the plumbers arrived that included a photo and a little bio so we knew who to expect.
Mark and Martin came by to help us deal with a number of issues at our new place, and they were friendly and generous with their time answering all of my questions. They were able to help us with everything we needed done quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed with the whole experience! I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Sheldon Dawson-Samuel from Wade Roberts Plumbing was wonderful, he was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and he did a great job. My only criticism is that he tried to upsell me a bit too much. The one star rating is for the company Wade Roberts Plumbing itself, and this is what I have an issue with. How in the world can a company justify charging a client
$652.52 for a 45 minute plumbing job to replace a $20 part. I completely understand that they don't charge an hourly for jobs and that they prefer to charge a set rate, but that set rate has to take into consideration the scope of the job. Has the client prepped the area as much as possible? Is the work area easily accessible? determine what is involved to complete the job and estimate how long it will take. After subtracting the $49 show up fee, the $20 part and the taxes, I ended up paying a whopping $733 hourly rate. Now you tell me where in the world that is a fair price to pay? As a result I will not be using Wade Roberts Plumbing in the future, nor will I be recommending them to anyone, Do better guys.
UPDATE: After posting my review the company reached out to me an offered a partial refund. Although I still feel that it was more than I should have paid, I appreciate the effort that they made to make thing right.

Easton was great! Very professional, did a great job installing Tushys and was so interesting to talk to. I have had Wade Roberts plumbing do a few jobs for me now and I highly recommend them and Easton!

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Wade Roberts Plumbing. Not only were they able to send someone out same day when we had no hot water, Mark was able to fix the problem quickly. He was polite and incredibly thorough! I also greatly appreciate the excellent communication. Kaitlyn at the office was pleasant, Mark called when he was 20 minutes away and followed up with me as to exactly what he did. I’ll definitely be calling Wade Roberts Plumbing next time too!
