When our heat pump stopped blowing cold air just ahead of a heat wave, we didn't exactly want to wait around and sweat it out. Matthew was able to make it over and diagnose the problem a full two days before any competitors were able to fit us in, and he had an order in for the necessary repairs within the hour.
When something goes wrong, I always appreciate knowing what happened and why it did--fixing a problem only addresses it in the moment. And Matthew excelled here as well, explaining what component had failed, why it had, and what we could do to avoid similar failures in the future.

Called Superior in the morning. They had someone at our place within a couple hours. Hunter called us about half an hour before coming. He arrived and was extremely friendly and professional. He solved our plumbing issue very quickly, and the work was perfect. We will definitely be calling Superior again given this fantastic level of service.

My second time using Superior Plumbing and Heating of Montreal. Again, super happy with the experience. Alvin arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He even had to pop out to the plumbing supply store to get a needed part. Problem fixed with very little effort on my part! Awesome experience. See below for first time review.
First time review: Super happy with Superior Plumbing and Heating of Montreal. I called with a tankless heater issue in the morning, they were able to come and assess within hours, and then discussed various solutions. In the end I opted to replace the unit and they were able to do the work same day. Their plumber and install technician were polite, knowledgeable, and skilled at their trade. All options were discussed, they worked hard to ensure I was happy with the end result, and they left the house in the same condition as they found it. So happy to have hot water restored in record time. 10/10 would use again!

I was incredibly impressed with Connor and Brandon. They arrived promptly, were able to address our concerns quickly and efficiently, and generally did an incredible job. I would recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs and will definitely use them again if and when we need plumbing work in the future.

I had an ongoing issue with a leak underneath my kitchen sink. Sean quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced leaky shut off valves & kitchen tap. No more leaks! Sean was friendly and professional and explained the problem and the solution. Thanks Sean!
