Our sump pump quit yesterday during the rain storm. We had a small submersible pump, but it was no where able to keep up, we were almost able to keep up to the incoming water with our shop vac, until it too quit. After that it was bailing with buckets.
Dallas and The Perfect Flush saved us thousands of dollars in damage. He was here within a couple hours of my call with a new sump pump, and installed quickly. It works perfectly.
To top it all off he checked in today to ensure all was working perfectly.
We can not recommend Dallas and The Perfect Flush strongly enough, they are now our new go to for plumbing and heating!! Thank you so much Dallas!!!!

The service was AMAZING! I called at 730am about my sump pump not working and stressing our basement would flood Dallas said they would get back to me with in an hour with a time that a service tech would be there. He did get back to me saying between 1030 and 1130am. He then Text me to say Danny was on his way . Danny arrived with a new sump pump in hand and quickly and efficiently had it swapped out and fixed in under an hour. I am so relieved and thankful. I always try to support businesses within sherwood park as much as possible. And I highly recommend the perfect flush to anyone needing a plumber. Professional and amazing service during this crazy weather when so many people are experiencing flooding basements

I contacted these guys after having a huge clog in my kitchen sink.
They showed up within an hour and had everything fixed and done very quickly.
Great communication and prompt service.
Danny was very patient with all our questions and even had a few jokes to lighten the mood after a pretty stressful evening.

I am so happy to have discovered the Perfect Flush plumbing service. I received a call back right away and Aiden came to my house within 24 hours. The leak in our basement was not from a pipe, as originally thought, but Aiden persevered and discovered the leak was actually coming from our roof. He was incredibly helpful, identifying the problem, and very friendly as well. I highly recommend this company!

Dallas had come out to replace a cracked tank for us, which we appreciated greatly. It is hard to get good contractors that are reliable, cost conscious, and know the product well - but the Perfect Flush is exactly that. We doubly appreciate them coming to our acerage out of town, as many companies would rather not leave the city - Dallas was more than happy to make the short trek & did a thorough job to help us resolve our issue.

We had a sump pump replaced recently and found these guys to be extremely transparent and responsive. Dallas showed up on time, completed the work in a couple hours and explained everything in detail. He is very skilled and detail oriented, kept the area clean and communicated clearly. The Perfect Flush truly deserves 5 stars!
We asked Dallas to perform maintenance on our furnace and water heater, and everything was done perfectly. In addition, he was incredibly helpful during an emergency, he even called us back late in the evening to make sure the issue could safely wait until the next day.

Dallas arranged for his employee, Aidan to come to my home at 8am on Friday. Aidan was punctual, friendly, and resolved my bathroom sink issue in less than an hour. He was quite thorough and he also provided advice for proper maintenance of my pipes. My bathroom sink now drains quickly and I am very impressed with the friendly and professional service that was provided. I will definitely call The Perfect Flush again if I need future service!!!
