Marvin was my service technician. I showed him want I wanted done. We discussed and he priced it on the spot and presented Brown’s service packages to me. The work was scheduled and was well done. Marvin discussed issues and workarounds with me. Payment was made to Marvin on his device when the work was done. Pricing is quite high, I accepted because quality was stressed. Very friendly and customer oriented service.

We had just bought a house and noticed some leaking after we moved in. We called Brown's plumbing and met Alex. When I tell you this is the most caring, considerate and knowledgable professional I've spoken with!
He walked us through everything that needed to be done, was very honest, helpful and communicative. I did not feel rushed to make a decision at all and my questions were all answered promptly. He wasn't even annoyed with my "Oh, actually I have one more question" after I had reassured him he had already answered them all 🤣
Service was booked quickly and Brown's (and Alex) played a HUGE part in mitogating the stress of a super stressful situation.

Brown's was very quick to send a technician the same day (Sunday) to deal with our emergency service which we appreciated so much as other plumbing places who advertised they were open 24 hours didn't even return my call. The Heating and Plumbing Technician, Madi, was a pleasant person and very knowledgeable in her field. I would definitely call Brown's for any further Heating or Plumbing service we may need in the future and would definitely request Madi as the Technician. Thank you Madi and thank you Eva for scheduling Madi as our technician.

They promised 5 star service and they delivered. Ryan, the technician, explained everything and welcomed me being present while he performed the diagnostics and service. He is very knowledgeable. An all round great experience..

Hi , having put in a Mitsubishi heat pump(air) which needed servicing and all sorts of issues had arisen after spending time with it and in addition needing new expert. I was very very pleasantly surprised to see Ryan show up at the door . He is by far the best person we have had here, and I have had the top of Winnipegs experts here . Ryan is especially customer orientated
and an extremely competent, knowledgeable , and we will not hesitate to use him in the future.

Browns helped me out in a pinch when my furnace decided to act up in the middle of winter. I had three appointments in total and each technician and sales staff was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. From diagnosing the issue to helping install a new unit, the process was seamless. I would definitely use Browns again and would recommmend to family and friends.

Our air conditioning suddenly stopped working during the summer time and we turned to Brown’s Heating and Plumbing based on their excellent reviews—and we’re so glad we did! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
