Cameron showed up promptly at my house only a couple hrs after I called. Considering it was last minute, this was great. I had a faulty capacitor and the unit was very clogged and in need of cleaning (my fault). Cameron ran tests, inspected the furnace, filter and all components inside as well. Recommended only what was needed and suggested a less dense filter for the summer months so the system didn’t have to work as hard. He was informative and I really felt like he was not pushing unnecessary repairs. He did suggest a members plan that gives perks and some free services as well as discounts that I will likely subscribe to as I travel and am away for long periods for work. If your ever in a pinch or need regular services I highly recommend this company.

Madi did excellent work. She fixed the toilet's continuous running issue, installed a new shut-off valve (one we could easily use), installed a new safety release valve on our water heater, and identified two issues (not urgent) that we should consider for additional work in the future. We were impressed that she used footware coverings when in our house (something that would be a welcome idea for all in-home service providers) and that she explained everything that she did clearly with photos of each job. She was efficient and we would recommend her and Brown's Plumbing to anyone who wants similar work done.

Tim was super helpful in getting our AC back in the middle of a heatwave. Was very helpful and informative in every step along the way. Brown’s in general is fantastic. Great service and well worth contacting!

Marvin was my service technician. I showed him want I wanted done. We discussed and he priced it on the spot and presented Brown’s service packages to me. The work was scheduled and was well done. Marvin discussed issues and workarounds with me. Payment was made to Marvin on his device when the work was done. Pricing is quite high, I accepted because quality was stressed. Very friendly and customer oriented service.

We had just bought a house and noticed some leaking after we moved in. We called Brown's plumbing and met Alex. When I tell you this is the most caring, considerate and knowledgable professional I've spoken with!

He walked us through everything that needed to be done, was very honest, helpful and communicative. I did not feel rushed to make a decision at all and my questions were all answered promptly. He wasn't even annoyed with my "Oh, actually I have one more question" after I had reassured him he had already answered them all 🤣

Service was booked quickly and Brown's (and Alex) played a HUGE part in mitogating the stress of a super stressful situation.

Brown's was very quick to send a technician the same day (Sunday) to deal with our emergency service which we appreciated so much as other plumbing places who advertised they were open 24 hours didn't even return my call. The Heating and Plumbing Technician, Madi, was a pleasant person and very knowledgeable in her field. I would definitely call Brown's for any further Heating or Plumbing service we may need in the future and would definitely request Madi as the Technician. Hi , having put in a Mitsubishi heat pump(air) which needed servicing and all sorts of issues had arisen after spending time with it and in addition needing new expert. I was very very pleasantly surprised to see Ryan show up at the door . He is by far the best person we have had here, and I have had the top of Winnipegs experts here . Ryan is especially customer orientated
and an extremely competent, knowledgeable , and we will not hesitate to use him in the future.

Browns helped me out in a pinch when my furnace decided to act up in the middle of winter. I had three appointments in total and each technician and sales staff was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. From diagnosing the issue to helping install a new unit, the process was seamless. I would definitely use Browns again and would recommmend to family and friends.
